Ojukwu and the Biafran flag |
A lot has been said and written about the personality of Late Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu, Ikemba 1 of Nnewi, Eze ndi Igbo gburugburu (1933-2011). Some good, extolling his virtues, even to the point of idolizing him, some others dragging his personality in the mud yet some are neutral in their stance. I'm not about to join this entourage. All im going to do here is to give a picture story of his life, although there are almost virtually no pictures of his early childhood. He died on 26th of November (coincidentally my birthday too) 2011 in london. May his soul rest in perfect peace, Amen. Enjoy and dont forget that your comments are always welcomed.
Love,
Chizurum.
