Battling with failure;Down but not OUT

We all fail at something at some point in our lives. We may fail to make the grade at school, may lose a job, and may lose the love of our life, among other things.
Everyone hates to fail but what most people don't realize is that failing is part of success. Anyone who has ever succeeded has failed many times. They are two sides of the same coin.
It is the failure that brings you to success; success is about dealing with failures. Without failure in your journey, you will not learn and improve, and you will not find the right way to success.
Basically, there are 3 ways you can deal with failure:
1. Give Up and Forget Your Dreams
2. Try Harder, Take More Action
3. Treat Failure as Feedback, and Change the Strategies

Techniques to help you instantly transform any situation in to a positive learning experience.
1. Failure? - Not in my book. Failure is choosing to look at an opportunity in a negative light. Here is how I view what someone else may coin a "failure".
a. A fresh start or new beginning.
b. A "do over".
c. A test of persistence.
d. An opportunity to choose to do something else.

2. Major setback? These setbacks are there to test your resolve and are offered as an opportunity for you to expand your skills and continue your growth. Will you back down and cower under the pressure of the setback? Or will you face the challenge, analyze what has happened, and capitalize on the learning lesson that has presented itself.
3. Frustrated and feeling suffocated? Use your imagination and consider different perspectives to optimize your personal learning from each situation. Here are a few viewpoints to consider:
a. Your mom's view
b. Your dad's view
c. A pessimist's view
d. An optimist's view
e. An expert's view
f. A junior's view
g. A child's view
h. An elderly person's view
By considering multiple view points and using your mind to expand your horizons, you will be mastering a skill utilized by many of the greatest leaders of all time. It's not about understanding something from your perspective, it is more crucial to understand from everyone’s.

How to Deal and Cope with Failure
1.     Learn from your mistakes and failures
2.     Don't Brood Over the Causes
3.     Don't Go Into a Shell: Don't be afraid to try again
4.     Think Of Your Past Successes
5.     Realize that failure is part of the learning curve.
6.     Have Faith in You
7.     Plan for the Road Ahead

Let go of the pains and feelings associated with failure, then and only then will you begin to see numerous opportunities.
                                                             Love,
                                                             Chizurum.
